Bytemark’s Ongoing Commitment to Our Partners During the Covid-19 Outbreak

We are reaching out to you, our valued partners and clients, to share our plans should the global COVID-19 coronavirus outbreak impact one of our offices throughout the world.

Our utmost concern is the health and safety of our employees, you — our customers and partners — and, most of all, our collective families.

To exercise appropriate caution, we have put in place reasonable limitations on non-business travel for all our team members. With your support, we will use video conferencing when and where possible. We hope these changes will limit unnecessary exposure to our customers and employees. While this may reduce the number of face-to-face meetings, we will continue to provide the same level of support you are accustomed to.

The team at Bytemark are monitoring new developments regarding the outbreak in the locations where our employees reside and our customers operate. Our employees have been instructed to remain at home and self-quarantine if they or someone in their household experiences symptoms, they have been exposed to someone affected, or they have traveled to one of the high-risk areas around the world. We are committed to following the protocol set by the CDC and other local and federal health departments. Should any of our offices be impacted by this virus, our employees are prepared to work from home and follow our existing work-from-home policy.

In addition, we identified resource back-ups and made key project plans accessible to others to ensure minimal disruptions to our existing project schedules.

In the unlikely event one of our partners/suppliers is impacted, or if there is a possibility we could experience disruptions, we will let you know immediately.

We want you to know we are making every effort to ensure our day-to-day affairs continue uninterrupted during this global healthcare emergency.

With hopes for your and your families’ safety and well-being,

Eric Reese
President/Chief Executive Officer
