Emile Wiersma
Chief Financial Officer
Emile Wiersma joined Bytemark in February 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Emile pilots Bytemark's financial structure, using his insights from his background in global finance and SaaS to strengthen the services Bytemark offers to clients and partners. He also oversees the financial integration of Bytemark operations with other Siemens subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Bytemark, Emile spent most of the previous 14 years working in the Siemens family, most recently focusing on cloud solutions at Siemens Digital Industries Software. His experience includes financial management and operations of various SaaS and information technology businesses, with projects located in the Netherlands, Germany, and South Africa.
From 2013 to 2017, Wiersma was Global Head of Controlling for AtoS in Germany. He also spent seven and a half years as Project Controller and Business Unit Controller for Siemens IT Solutions and Siemens Intelligent Traffic Systems (ITS).
